The user has the right to return and withdraw from the services contracted prior to the effective provision of the service. Once the same has been produced, the cancellation will proceed, if there was negligence or it had not been effectively provided.
Service cancellations must be reported in writing in advance, by sending an email to info@giant-mob.com prior to the provision of the contracted service. Cancellations reported by any other means are not accepted. In this email you have to state all the payment information adding name and surname, date and contact information.
Refunds will be made within 10 calendar days after the cancellation request, by electronic transfer in the name of the person who made it.
